WHAT IS SEES?

The SEES Symposiums—Sleep, Eat, Exercise, Spirit—are designed to empower individuals with neuroendocrine cancer by addressing key aspects of holistic well-being. For 2025, the series will feature four impactful events, offered both live in-person and virtually, focusing on enhancing nutrition, physical activity, sleep quality, and emotional resilience. With expert insights, practical strategies, and interactive sessions, SEES provides a comprehensive approach to improving quality of life while navigating the challenges of cancer.

All events will be held IN-PERSON & have a HYBRID LIVESTREAM component!

 

EAT: Eating with Neuroendocrine Cancer

This session will address the unique dietary challenges faced by patients, provide expert guidance on maintaining a balanced diet, and offer practical solutions for meal planning and symptom management.
